Another number used by Portfolio Recovery. We now have about 20 different numbers they use to call us. Our phone probably rings about 7 hours during the legal times they can call.

Got a call from this number. The caller left no voice message.

called 2 days in a row so far about the same times 8:15 am/ 11:21 am, 2:26 pm, 5:31 pm. Stop this prick please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have received several calls from this number to my cell and I typically just let them go. However, I've been irritated that they don't leave a vm, and that they don't stop calling, so I picked up. It took a few seconds for whomever the speaker was to respond, but he said he was with "GE Security" and wanted to know if I was interested in a free GE Home Security system in exchange for a sign being placed in my yard. I said, "No thank you," and he responded with, "Well, my job is only to get you set up with a sign and find out if you're interested." I informed him that we already have a home security system, and then he let me go. It seems very sketchy to me, like he's (they're?) putting in work to see who's homes have protection and who's don't.

These guys called my 80 year old mother and told her they were from Court Services (the Sheriff's Department) and they were looking for me to serve a warrant. They scared the hell out of her. They told her they were comming over her house at 9 p.m. to search for me. They never showed up but the damage was done. The same day they called my oldest son at his work and left a message with one of his employees and told him that they were the Sheriff's Department and they were looking for me. The made the mistake of leaving a case number and contact phone number. When I searched for them on the Internet, I found out they were a collection agency. I plan to report them to the Sheriff's Department for Fraus and to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

My elderly parents keep getting calls from this number and they wish them to stop. They are afraid to answer the calls. How can we get them to stop.

I called this Company and it is a debt collection office.

leaves a message regarding a debt through a payday loan company that I have never heard of. states that the file will be uploaded to the county court on Wednesday. from what i have read on previous post this is scam. i have submitted a claim to to the FTC as well as attorney general.
